We are committed as a church to the ongoing development and equipping of God’s people for ministry using a number of different programs and workshops including:

• Ministry Development – seeks to ensure individuals are best matched to ministry positions, taking into account personal gifting, skills, abilities, experience and circumstances. A part of this process involves offering the Gift Discovery Course.
• Gifting Discovery Course – Maximizing People for Ministry is a gift discovery course to help individuals discover, identify and use their God given gifts and abilities.
• Leadership Workshops – We are committed to the equipping and training of the leadership potential that resides in the members of our Church. We hold monthly workshops for our leaders to enable them to grow in their leadership skills and abilities, as well as explore improvement in the areas of:  risk management, leadership dynamics, building teams, leadership effectiveness and how to pastor and grow team members in their ministries and walk with God.
• Pastoral Care Workshops – Pastoral Care is a “nurturing” of others in the Christian Faith that is spontaneous in action, but developed through training and learning. Our ability to care for someone else increases when we understand that we need to continually learn and grow ourselves. Our Pastoral Care Workshops are times for sharing and hearing wisdom. They are times of gaining understanding and knowledge, whereby we develop and grow in the skills related to raising others in the Faith – being there to care for them, giving light in the darkness, and direction through the confusion.
