The 24 Hours of Heroes are 24 “Hero” workouts events – that involve CrossFit-style workouts that are written and performed to honour fallen service men and women – in order to raise funds and awareness for Veterans and First Responders living with Operational Stress Injuries.

We are supporting the appeal for donations to 24-hours-of-heroes- 2022, conducted Maxine Burnett’s and Dan Olford’s Nepean CrossFit Team for our ANZAC appeal – 23-24 April 2022. You can give by placing a donation in the offertory plate at church or use the following link.
